This category represent the recipes of the blog of Eat and Walk Italy.

Eat&Walk Italy born from the idea of wanting to convey the love, the passion and the experience of Italian Cuisine to the world.

We provide lessons of traditional Italian food, such as pizza making class, pasta making class and other specialties. You will learn also how make  ravioli and tiramisu. Our chef explain how make one of the traditional Italian food and in the second part the guests enjoy their own meal.

You will learn the techniques and tricks from a chef who will guide you during our cooking classes. We will teach you the recipes of Italian Grannies. You will be able to taste the authentic flavors of the Italian dishes.

In addition, we try to convey the Italian culinary culture also by dedicating ourselves in this blog to Italian recipes. They are all traditional recipes, handed down from family to family that have become famous over time. You will find the recipe of carbonara or amatriciana, as well as that of pasta and gnocchi. You will find a small part that refers to the origins of the name. Each articles explains ingredients and directions. At the end of each article you can download the pdf recipe to be collected.
