At the helm of our culinary adventure is our founder, Caterina Olivieri. In fact, she hails from a family deeply rooted in the restaurant industry. Because of her lifelong love for food and hospitality, she decided to follow her dream. As a result, in 2015 she established Eat and Walk Italy.
