Then, taste the aromatic differences of three types of wines during our tasting to feel the tasty intensity of Naples also with the palate.
The class will start from the creation of gnocchi with the potato. You will smash it and then you will create the dough with flour and salt. Follow the directions of our chef and work the ingredients: make sticks of dough and then cut them to the size of the gnocco. Our Italian chef will guide you in the preparation also of the ingredients for the Sorrentina sauce, cutting mozzarella and tomatoes. Moreover you will have the opportunity to taste three types of wine from Campania: a glass of red wine, Aglianico; an Aglianico Rosato, a glass of rosè; a glass of white wine, Falanghina.
