After the lesson, you will be accompanied at your table where you’ll have a bruschetta and your Pizza cooked in a wood oven, with a glass of red or white wine and water.
The lesson and lunch or dinner, have a duration of one hour and a half and they will take place in a restaurant located in the heart of Rome, a few steps from Piazza Navona.
Make your way to the restaurant, located in central Rome and meet your small group of aspiring pizza chefs and your local guide. You’ll spend one-hour and a half learning how to make pizza from fresh ingredients. You can choose which style you’d like to learn. After preparing and baking your pizza, sit down to taste the fruits of your labour, with a good drink. Then walk off the calories with a stroll around central Rome.
