Have a walk in the best and biggest Market in Rome, enjoy and trying the goodness from the local producers, tasting typical Italian wines, meeting new people.

You can find best products from all around Italy and especially top quality from small farmers producers from Lazio. You will be guided from English instructor specialized in Italian finest quality food.

After the walk, you will make your own pizza in one of the closest restaurant Pummarè with our pizzaiolo. Learn how to make the dough from the scratch and then bake it.

Enjoy your homemade pizza in the heart of Rome.

Duration: 2h (1 h of tour and 1h to make pizza and have to meal)

How: Single station for each customer (work plan, apron and a rolling pin)

Theoretical and practical lesson on the dough working.

Why: You have to walk around Trionfale Market and taste typical goods. The different stops at the market will included:

Prosciutto (San Daniele, Norcia, Montagnolo). Depends of availability.

Cheeses (Pecorino Romano, Parmigiano, Caciotta Romana, Sanpietrino) – Depends of availability.

Several kind of bread and typical “porchetta”sandwich (classic Roman).

Tasting of typical Italian wines kept in tanks.

You will make your own pizza with ready rised up dough for at least 24h. Put the topping you will prefer and you will be able to help the chef to bake the pizza.


You can choose which type of pizza you’d like to learn:

  • Marinara (tomato, garlic and oregano);
  • Margherita (tomato, mozzarella, basil)
  • Diavola (tomato, mozzarella, spicy salami, chili)
  • Napoli (tomato, mozzarella, anchovies)

  • Making your own pizza.
  • Small bottle of water each.
  • Having meal at local restaurant
