At the first of the workshop you make and work the dough and then moves to choice a cut like tagliolini, tagliatelle, pappardelle, fettuccine, and the appropriately named maltagliati or “badly cut.” We provide you all ingredients and equipment.
With our fun and creative class, you will learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch without a pasta-machine in a fast and easy way.
you will choose which style to cut for your meal with the sauce that you prefer (Carbonara – Amatriciana, Tomato and Basil .. )
Seat with a glass of Prosecco to enjoy the pasta you just made by yourself, finish your meal with delicious Tiramisu dessert and a hot coffee or our famous Limoncello!
